In Michigan, the penalties for drunk driving continue to get tougher and tougher.  The penalties have esculated to the point where one conviction can have serious life-long effects.  An Operating While Impaired (OWI) charge from ten years ago can be brought back against you in any state criminal investigation.  The potential concequences you may face are jail time, fines, probation, and severe licensing sanctions in addition to any other charges you may be facing.  Hendricks & Watkins, as experienced attornies, can help defend, inform, and guide you through the complex and difficult process of pretrial rights and proceedures.  We can gude you through the results of the Michigan Datamaster test, the trial itself, and the process of license restoration.
